As your Client Service Associate, Evelyn is often your first point of contact over the phone. She is dedicated to providing a welcoming, caring, and positive experience for clients. Evelyn helps to coordinate client meetings, special events, and marketing promotions, as well as administrative support in the pursuit of providing great customer service.

Evelyn graduated from University of Illinois at Chicago where she studied applied psychology, and has a continued interest in understanding the needs of others. She spent many years in administrative and customer service roles, developing a friendly and intuitive personality and cultivating trusting relationships.

Evelyn lives in Naperville with her husband and three teenage children. She has lived in multiple countries and enjoys meeting and talking to new people, as well as learning about different cultural traditions. She enjoys spending time with her immediate and extended family, including her 3 furry babies, crafting, home décor, romantic movies, and music.
