As Chief Operating Officer, Seth ensures we are running efficiently and continually improving how we serve our clients. Seth guides team members, executes on special projects, refines team processes, and ensures we operate within our core values and priorities to best care for our clients.

Seth graduated from Taylor University where he studied international business and economics and played football. He then spent 15 years with Invesco (formerly PowerShares ETFs) where he was focused on building teams and helping them achieve their career goals, as well as training and developing advisor consultants. In addition, he worked to develop and implement the firm’s growth strategies, managed key account clients, and led his team through several mergers and acquisitions.

Seth lives in Woodridge with his wife Becca and their three young children who keep their hearts and calendars full. Seth and Becca have attended the Compass Church in Naperville since 2006 where they have both served consistently in a variety of roles with children, youth, and staff.
