As a Relationship Manager, Connie assists in servicing the daily needs of our clients to provide a positive experience. Connie provides proactive support by anticipating clients’ needs, coordinating the resolution of requests, and providing exceptional service in the care of our clients.

Connie graduated from Benedictine University where she studied business management. She has over 33 years of customer service experience focusing on building and enhancing client relationships as the first point of contact for efficient problem resolution.

Connie has lived in suburban Illinois for the past 40 years and has recently relocated to Iowa. She has attended Hobson Road Community Church in Downers Grove since 2017 where she has provided special music and assisted with various mission related service projects.
